JPI is a full-service engineering, inspection, and management firm. We are seeking a Practice Builder in Southeast Florida to grow operations in the area. The practice builder ideally would have Building Department professional service contract management experience with a client portfolio of personal relationships to build the practice. JPI would consider other Professional Service contract experience in the area. We are seeking a motivated professional who may be an Engineer, Architect, or qualified FS 468.6 professional. This is an Executive position with operational, sales, and revenue goals to be discussed during the interview process.

Requested Qualifications:
A Florida (FS 468.6) license OR Professional Engineer OR Professional Architect.
Multi Trade Certification is required for Building Code Administrative Licenses
a) Currently managing at least $500k annually of professional service contracts.
b) Won at least $2M of professional service contracts within the last 4 years OR won/renewed at least 10 professional service contracts within the last 4 years.
c) Proven track record of 60 percent minimum billability to contracts through their services.
d) As an alternative, a Department Manager at a Governmental Agency can apply for this position if they have managed their Department for at least 3 years.

NOTES:
Ideal candidate will possess FS 468.6 licensure with experience. Alternate candidates will possess an engineer’s or architect’s license. This is an executive position.
